Once you have purchased and created your Brandsynth account, you'll be able to edit your brand information & design elements up until your first download.
Once you've downloaded/exported your first document, your brand status will change to PUBLISHED and can no longer be modified. However, all existing and future document downloads will remain accessible.
Basic information such as phone numbers, addresses and website domains can be updated any time, but your brand's logos, colors, fonts & imagery cannot be changed.

All documents are exported in an appropriate file type, be it for print or digital use. Some documents are available in both print & digital formats.
For instance, print items are exported as 300dpi, CMYK PDF with appropriate bleed areas and cutting information as required. Digital documents such as social media profiles ands covers are created to the correct resolution (size) and file type for the selected platform (Facebook, Twitter etc).
Some documents such as letterheads may be exported as editable and branded Word formats.

Add on Brands
Add on brands are available at a discount price for existing users.
You can also create multiple free DRAFT brands in your account allowing you to test and refine them prior to publishing & downloading. You can create a new DRAFT brand at any time through the brand selector and the My Brands page.
When you attempt to download your first branded document, you will be prompted to ensure you're satisfied with your final design. You can continue to edit your brand whilst it is in 'DRAFT' mode, however once your first download has been performed, your brand will then become PUBLISHED and you will no longer be able to make changes to any of its visual elements.
Once PUBLISHED, your brand settings can still be edited. These are the non-visual elements and include your business phone number, email, address and all team member details.
